With a background in fine art and special effects makeup before embarking on a successful cosmetic and medical tattooing career.
Over the years, Nicole has built a reputation for her specialist work in scar camouflage, 3D areola restoration, and advanced cosmetic tattooing, correctional work and student training.

Kate Hill has spent over 25yrs dedicated to understanding skin. Recognised for both her clinical expertise and passion for scar camouflage, Kate is passionate about guiding people through the often-emotional journey of skin recovery.
Today, as Clinical Director of The Paramedical Skin Centre, Kate leads a team specialising in scar camouflage and paramedical tattooing. She blends her love of problem-solving, innovation and business management with hands-on treatment, ensuring every client receives care that is scientifically informed, results-driven and deeply compassionate.
We support patients through evidence-informed restorative skin and pigment treatments aimed at improving confidence, social comfort, and overall wellbeing following medical treatment or trauma.
