Gift vouchers:

• Cannot be redeemed for cash

• Must be presented at the time of appointment

Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

Shipping and Returns Policy- Scar Camouflage Method & Skin Recovery Kits for those in Aesthetic Scar Recovery.

1. Shipping Information

Skin Recovery Kits are shipped within Australia using tracked courier services.

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days once all required intake forms and consent documentation have been completed and approved

• Delivery timeframes typically range from 2–7 business days depending on location

• Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched

• Items may arrive in separate packages and have separate tracking numbers.

Paramedical Skin is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

2. Delivery Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that:

• Accurate shipping details are provided at the time of order

• A safe and secure delivery location is available

Paramedical Skin is not liable for:

• Lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered
