  • No service result can be guaranteed

6. Products & Online Purchases

When purchasing products from our Website:

  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

If a product is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or alternative item.

However, we do not offer refunds for:

8. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers:

  • Are non-refundable

  • Are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase (unless otherwise required by QLD law)

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Must be presented at the time of appointment

Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website—including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and service descriptions—is the intellectual property of Paramedical Skin Centre unless otherwise stated.
