Paramedical Skin Centre (PSC) was founded by Nicole Prance, whose work in advanced medical and paramedical tattooing spans more than 12 years. With a specialist focus on 3D areola restoration and scar camouflage, Nicole established PSC to provide considered, personalised restorative care for people navigating the physical changes that can follow surgery, cancer treatment and trauma.

Her experience has helped shape PSC’s approach to restorative micropigmentation, combining technical precision, artistic detail and an understanding of the complexities of surgically altered skin.

Nicole developed her signature Soft Edge Areola Design to create natural-looking colour transitions, subtle borders and realistic three-dimensional detail. This philosophy continues to inform PSC’s approach to areola restoration, alongside the clinic’s broader work in scar camouflage and restorative skin treatments.
