Because our products are sterile, medical-grade, and designed for personal use, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or opened products. This ensures the integrity, safety, and hygiene of every item we provide. Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstance:
Documented allergic reaction to a product, supported by medical evidence (for example, photo evidence and/or a note from your treating practitioner).
In this case, the product must be returned within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, for assessment.
If approved, we will provide a refund or exchange of the affected product only.
